"I will spend most of my life and eternity knowing my children as adults,
but for a few short years I have the privilege of knowing them as children."

Gingerbread Houses
Making gingerbread houses at Christmas-time is a tradition with the Kobers. We always have a lot of fun finding unusual candies and making the houses as unique as possible. Here are the finished masterpieces.

Allison is 3!
Our sweet Allison turned 3 yesterday. She is all about princesses, pretty dresses and playing pretend.

She also loves Strawberry Shortcake so her Deedum made this amazing cake for her special day.
She is so much fun to be around. She's almost always in a good mood, loves to give hugs and kisses, enjoys putting puzzles together, can count to 13 by herself, and is such a big helper around the house. One of my favorite things about her is that she has named all of her hairstyles after her friends and cousins. So when we are getting ready in the morning and I ask how she wants her hair done, she just has to say "Rylee" or "Sarah" and I know exactly how to do her hair.
Happy Birthday Kissee-Face!!

Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving from these two little turkeys and the rest of the Kobers!
We hope you had as great a holiday as we did. We spent Turkey Day at my sister's house in Santa Clara with most of my siblings and their families (29 1/2 people if I counted correctly - we missed the rest of you!) and then went to my mom's house for a family reunion in Springville on Saturday. The weekend went by so fast! It was so fun to see aunts, uncles and cousins that I haven't seen in years. I'm very thankful for such a wonderful family!
